Town Shoes is looking for fashion oriented Store Managers to expand our management team at our store locations across Canada. If you have strong management experience from the retail industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment we would love to hear from you.
You are passionate about fashion and enjoy following the latest trends. You have 3 or more years of management experience in the retail, apparel, beauty or restaurant industry. You have successfully managed a team of 7 or more people and have experience in recruiting, training and inspiring top performers. You exceed your customer’s expectations and always demonstrate that the customer is #1. You have a passion for selling and enjoy building relationships with your customers. You strive to maximize sales through your merchandising and inventory management skills. You are creative in the way you build brand awareness through marketing initiatives at your store and in your community. You are driven to succeed in everything you do and want unlimited growth opportunities within the company.
