Position: Full-Time Assistant Manager
Location: Cross Iron Mills
Hours: Must have open availability, including evenings and weekends
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet goals
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory and merchandising
• Ensure a clean, organized, and fashion-forward environment

Requirements:

• Previous retail or fashion management experience (1+ year preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for women’s fashion and trends
• Flexible schedule and full-time availability
