Assistant Kitchen Managers at Canada’s leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including the training, development and assisting KM with performance management of kitchen employees. They are responsible for ensuring that our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture. The Kitchen Supervisor leads the team during operations focusing on food safety, serving perfect food, everytime and to work with a sense of purpose and urgency.

- Assist in staff scheduling to maintain adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Maintains composure and thrives in a fast pace environment. Address any issues or concerns that arise within the kitchen team promptly and professionally.
- Monitor food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to Boston Pizza recipes and standards.
- Manage food inventory, portion control, and minimize waste to optimize cost control. Assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced kitchen environment (4+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Working Hours:
- Shifts will be scheduled for 8 hours, with working hours falling between Monday to Sunday.
- Candidates must have availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
