Duties & Responsibilities Drive Results
- Achieve or exceed sales goals set by leadership
- Accountable for achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, such as Units per transaction (UPT), Conversion and Client Reachability
- Leverage sales tools available to ensure clients are receiving service that meets their needs, i.e. virtual selling, OMNI Channel, sharing trends, etc.
Excellence in Client Experience
- Welcome clients and establish a connection to strengthen their relationship with the Company
- Knowledgeable of all collections and shares product knowledge (i.e. fit, styling, trends, fabrication, etc.) with clients
- Execute Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to ensure reachability expectations are met
- Working as a team, ensure a client centric sales experience that is representative of the brand and achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), i.e. Conversion and UPT targets
- Ensure strong execution of OMNI channel, client initiatives (CRM) and charge sends
Team Culture
- Contributes to a positive and energetic team culture and celebrates individual/team accomplishments
- Works collaboratively with colleagues to create cohesion and an atmosphere of mutual trust
- Pursues self-development opportunities, shares knowledge and supports others in doing the same
- Responsible for attending all training programs including Client Journey, OMNI Channel, etc.
- Understands their role and the impact of their position on the team and business
Visual
- Support visual merchandising, presentation, and brand standards
- Support the execution of all corporate merchandising directives and floor sets
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean and organized and reflects the correct visual image
- Maintain an easy to navigate Back of House (BOH) ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Reports and corrects replenishment concerns, in partnership with stock team and management
Operational Excellence
- Participates in the execution in inventory counts
- Ensure proper and efficient maintenance of all back of house systems inclusive of receiving stock shipments, transfers, markdowns and handling of defective merchandise
- Responsible for accuracy when using POS, inventory management systems and any other store system (i.e. CRM)
- Ensure the compliance of all company policies and procedures
