Full Time Key Holder

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full Time Key Holder support the daily operations of our retail clothing store. The FT partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving store goals
• Deliver and model outstanding customer service standard
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising execution
• Ensure corporate visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained
• Monitor wage costs and assist with scheduling to maximize productivity
• Maintain loss prevention standards and ensure policy compliance
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience driving sales in a retail environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teamsSolid understanding of retail operations and performance metrics
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
