Hour Passion is the Swatch Group’s boutique concept created in 2004, bringing together your favourite Swiss watch brands under one store. The Hour Passion boutique in Cross Iron Mills offers the best of Swiss Made watches, featuring brands like; Longines, Rado, Tissot, Hamilton, Balmain, Mido, Swatch and Flik Flak. The applicant of choice should have a proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers. Candidate should also have the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and possess a strong desire to learn about our prestigious timepieces and looking to become an essential member of our team.

PROFILE

• Establish a welcoming and approachable luxury environment
• Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all of our unique and impeccable range of products and their distinctive characteristics
• Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences which enlighten and provide insights into the ancestry of Hour Passion
• Utilize our expansive training techniques to engage, inform and retain a gratified and loyal client base
• Provide a unique and special experience to all clients
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance
• Develop potential clients through both clientelling and networking efforts
• Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client’s tastes and goals for future purchases
• Assist team members in sales process as per established boutique protocols
• Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• MUST possess 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field
• Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills
• Elevated ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
• Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of our company collection of timepieces
• Talented negotiation prowess
• Passion for the art of selling
• Must be able to work flexible schedule throughout the week
