Position: Part-Time Key Holder – Gown Specialist

📍 Location: Cross Iron Mills

🕒 Availability: Must have open availability, including evenings and weekends

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every client
• Style customers in gowns and accessories for proms, galas, weddings, and special events
• Open and close the boutique as a trusted key holder
• Drive and achieve personal and store sales goals
• Assist with visual merchandising and boutique presentation
• Maintain a clean, elegant, and organized sales floor

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail sales or styling experience (fashion/gown experience is a bonus!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for formalwear and attention to detail
• Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented
• Open and flexible schedule
