Sales Associate

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sales Associate to join our team at our kids clothing retail store. The Sales Associate will assist customers, maintain store presentation, and support daily store operations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers find appropriate clothing, sizes, and styles for children
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and sales floor
• Restock merchandise and ensure displays are neat and attractive
• Remove security tags and prepare items for customers at checkout
• Promote store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs
• Assist with receiving shipments and organizing inventory
• Support store opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude with customers and children
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
