Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters is a Calgary-based specialty coffee company founded in 2007. The company operates a coffee roastery and a growing network of cafés, with a focus on exceptional coffee quality, thoughtful hospitality, and long-term relationships with coffee producers around the world.

Phil & Sebastian works directly with coffee-producing partners, investing in quality, sustainability, and mutually beneficial relationships from origin to cup. All coffee is roasted in Calgary, using a custom-built production roaster and a highly considered approach to preserving and developing coffee quality.
