Key Holder/Sales Lead

What You’ll Do:

• Open and close the store as a trusted team leader
• Support daily operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory
• Deliver exceptional service and create a fun, welcoming store atmosphere
• Assist with training and guiding sales associates
• Uphold company policies and ensure store security and cleanliness
• Help achieve sales goals and operational standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (key holder or leadership experience is a plus!)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A dependable team player with a positive, energetic attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for fashion, trends, and working in a fast-paced retail environment
